About Kathy

I commenced selling real estate in the mid 1990's in Kerikeri and have built my reputation on integrity, sincerity and transparency and getting the best result possible for my clients no matter what the market conditions.

I have lived in Northland for most of my life and in Whangarei since November 2007. The reason I remember this date is that it coincides with the arrival of my grandson who was born in Whangarei and my late husband and I wanted to be hands-on grandparents, actively involved with the new addition to our family.

Whether you're selling residential or lifestyle, I have the experience and sales background to connect your property with a broad range of buyers with on-point campaigns that stimulate interest and translate into activity.

For me, achieving top results for my clients is paramount. I pride myself on going the extra mile to get you extra dollars. My primary passion is sealing the best deal for each of my clients.

When not working you will find me walking many of the walkways that we are blessed with in Whangarei. I also enjoy popping across to Australia, generally to the Sunshine Coast for some R&R during the winter months.
